Officer, Management Reporting and Analysis (12-month Renewable Contract)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare the monthly rolling forecast, annual budget plan and highlight key findings to management
• Involve in monthly closing, including accruals entries, cost allocation, close cycle and prepare consolidated P/L report for management
• Collect updated forecast and actual data for bi-weekly meetings for management
• Organizational evaluation tasks, data collection and verification etc
• Participate in performing ad hoc reports from HQ / CHQ

Requirements

• Degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Business Studies or related disciplines
• With 2-3 years working experience on variance analysis / management accounting
• Hands on experience in ERP system/ SAP
• Experiences to analyze large databases will also be an advantage
• High proficiency spoken and written in English and Cantonese
• Well organized, meticulous, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available will be an added advantage
