Senior Traffic Supervisor

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Transportation Services Manager,

• Responsible for monitoring the daily operation of the car parks in the Park and implementing the traffic deployment strategy
• Monitor the Car Pool Operation of the Park in accordance with the Vehicle Management Policy and maintain all car pool vehicles to be roadworthy at all times
• Monitor the shuttle services for both staff and guests during seasonal events or when needed on an ad-hoc basis
• Responsible for implementing the contingency transportation plans in line with the Park’s Crisis Management Protocol and monitoring all outside construction works to ensure minimum impact to the traffic flow and parking facilities of the Park
• Enforce internal staff parking policy in order to enhance the Park’s capacity to serve the driving guests in different periods of time
• Relieve the duty of Traffic Manager as and when necessary, and perform any other duties as directed by senior management

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in traffic management or related fields
• With at least 5 years’ operational experience in traffic management of which 2 years must be at supervisory level
• Good planning, budgeting, organizing, leading and controlling ability and supervisory skills
• Work independently, responsible and customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Willing to work outdoor, on shifts, and during weekends and public holidays
• Possesses a valid HK Driving License no. 1, 2 is required

Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Traffic Manager.
