Assistant Traffic Manager / Senior Traffic Supervisor

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Transportation Services Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting to manage the Transportation Services Department to provide dedicated and professional management of the department. He/She will address and handle all traffic related issues, training, organizing and supervising staff to operate the parking facilities, safety and manage car pool and shuttle services. Besides, he/she will oversee the future development of the shuttle services for both guests and staff of the Ocean Park Corporation and implement the contingency transportation plans in line with the Park’s Crisis Management Protocol.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above

• With at least 6 years’ operational experience which 3 years must be at supervisory level

• Good planning, budgeting, organizing, leading and controlling ability and supervisory skills

• Work independently, responsible, pleasant and customer-oriented with good communication skills

• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

• Computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Willing to work outdoor, on shift, and during weekends and public holidays

• Possesses a valid HK Driving License no. 1, 2 is required

Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Traffic Supervisor.
