Wine Executive

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality wine and beverage service to guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience
  • Offer professional advice on wine and food pairings tailored to guests’ preferences
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and maintain accurate records to minimize discrepancies
  • Update wine lists and the POS system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate with the Finance team on cost analysis and related reporting

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of wines and beverages, with a passion for hospitality
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role; prior F&B operations experience preferred
  • Proficient in computer applications and POS systems
  • Good command of spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
