Our Youth Placement Programme (“YP Programme”) provides full-time placement experience in which will equip you with valuable banking knowledge and skills to work in the financial industry, putting you one step ahead of the rest.

Placement opportunities will be available throughout the bank in different business units and functions, you will be able to select the preferred stream in application.

Programme Overview

Duration: 12 months Full Time Employment

Employment Period: July 2026 - June 2027 (subject to availability)

Requirements

• 2024 – 2026 graduates with bachelor’s degree or above. All academic disciplines are welcome
• Permanent residents of Hong Kong or holding a valid Hong Kong work visa (Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG) or Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS))
• Able to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges with the ability to safeguard positive attitude under challenging situations
• Able to bring divergent ideas to create new and innovative solutions
• Strong desire to learn and able to work in agile environment
• Advocate of openness, teamwork and integrity
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of application software (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
