Sales Coordinator

What you will do:

  • Conduct market surveys and competitor research when required.
  • Assist Sales team with proposal, confirmation, bookings and rooming list. 
  • Professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new accounts.
  • Ensure that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manual as well as electronically is maintained at all times.
  • Maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotations for the hotel.

Qualifications

  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management.
  • Relevant Sales & Marketing / hospitality experience in large scale hotels desirable.
  • Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
