Warehouse Operations Officer

Role Purpose :

The Warehouse Operations Officer supports the smooth and efficient running of daily warehouse activities to ensure accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment of orders. By coordinating inbound and outbound operations, maintaining stock accuracy, and adhering to safety and quality standards, this role plays a vital part in delivering reliable service. Through operational excellence and teamwork, the position contributes directly to putting a smile on customers’ faces by ensuring the right products are delivered at the right time.

A typical day in this Role: 

• Assist the Warehouse Operations Manager in managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods receiving, order picking, loading, and transportation, to support timely and accurate order fulfillment across the O+O (Offline + Online) business model, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Monitor stock movement and system data accuracy using a scientific and data-driven approach to control inventory discrepancies and maintain warehouse shrinkage within acceptable levels.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and operational efficiency by regularly reviewing staff productivity, inventory reports, and performance metrics, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workflow, while working closely with internal stakeholders and service partners—embracing collaboration as our way of working to support operational excellence.

Success will depend on:  

• Tertiary education or above in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations and with Retail, FMCG or eCommerce exposure is definitely an advantage
• Analytical, detail-minded and independent
• Competency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
