Job Descriptions:

  • Handle daily Front Desk operation including check-in/out services, handle guest enquiries and complaints with a professional manner
  • Ensure the daily efficiency of Front Desk operations
  • Maintain high standard of services to guests
  • Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Hotel Industry
  • Proficient in Opera Cloud system is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Officer/ Guest Services Officer
