Precious Metals Trader, Global Markets Department

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual profit targets through trading precious metals.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of trading strategies and initiatives.
• Participate in the development of new precious metal and commodity products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, conduct market research in the precious metals market.
• Implement and adhere to risk management policies to minimize potential losses.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in bullion trading.
• Knowledge of precious metals (spot, forward, swap, loan) is a plus.
• Experience in the banking industry is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
