Guest Services Manager (5-Day Work Week)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor in daily operations of front office and guest services.
  • Manage and supervise front desk staff and maintain quality of services.
  • Provides excellent guest services to ensure guest satisfactions receive all guests’ queries and handles complaints
  • Coordinate and assist with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations at all hours.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Hotel Industry with 3 years at supervisory level
  • Mature, service-oriented and well-organized
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and supervisory skills
