Manager, Product Marketing (Insurance)

  • Lead the discussions with insurance companies in product plan and products to be launched.
  • Responsible for end-to-end product launch activities and analyze product performance, drive innovation and continuous improvement in products.
  • Assist to formulate, develop and implement insurance strategies to achieve the assigned business targets.
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to support product development and delivery, to ensure the marketing projects and programs run smoothly and effectively.
  • Familiar with insurance products, internal operation procedures, market environment and regulatory requirements.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in insurance product development or product strategy in bancassurance business.
  • Degree holder or above in Marketing or Business related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5.
  • Passes in Insurance Intermediaries Examinations is a must, qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4 and passes in MPF Intermediaries Examinations are preferred.
  • Good analytical and numeric skills, good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager, Product Marketing
