Officer, Card Operations (Collection)

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to remind cardholders to settle overdue / overlimit balance or answer cardholders enquiries
• Liaise with Branch / other business units / Debt Collection Agencies (DCA) in the arrangement of Collection / Suspended account
• Gather relevant data and prepare monthly performance reports
• Ensure the workflow complies with internal procedure and Code of Banking Practice, in particular in debt collection area
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Secondary education with 5 passes or above preferably in banking and finance or business administration
• At least 1 year of work experience in banking and customer service
• Possess knowledge of deposit account operaton and credit card products
• Possess basic knowledge of related Codes of Regulatory Bodies, for instance, Code of Banking Practice, HKMA Supervisory Policy manual, AML/CTF guidelines, PDPO, etc
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Hands on experience in MS Office applications
