Responsibilities:

• Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights that support business decisions
• Build, maintain and improve data models, dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint or other visualization tools
• Create clear, well-structured presentation materials to communicate findings and recommendations
• Leverage AI tools and features to enhance analysis efficiency and insight generation
• Automate routine data processes and reporting tasks to improve timeliness and reduce manual effort
• Collaborate closely with other departments to gather requirements and ensure analyses align with business needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Data Science, Marketing, Mathematics, Quantitative Analysis, Statistics or in related disciplines.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis, with proficiency in using computer software.
• Strong numerical and data handling skills
• Basic knowledge in Programming (Python, R, etc.)
• Good communication skill to work with different levels of stakeholders
• Organized, detailed mind, strong sense of responsibility and able to solve problem independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
