Assistant Operational Risk Manager [Ref no: AORM-KF]

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate and maintain operational risk policies;
• Provide advisory for the BU on operational risk;
• Review and analyse operational incidents, evaluate operational risk level for banking products, services and workflow and recommend solutions to minimize the risk of the bank;
• Execute measures with reference to Basel requirements to ensure the bank complies with the policies and guidelines of the bank and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Operation Management, Finance or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years of banking experience in operational risk or internal audit;
• Substantial knowledge in regulatory requirements relating to banking industry;
• Analytical, independent and objective when making judgments;
• Flexible, proactive and independent with sound communication and interpersonal skills;
• Qualification of ECF is preferred;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
