(Senior) Server /Captain 咖啡室服務員

Responsibilities:

• Take orders and serve food & beverages to customers
• Anticipate and react to customers needs and maximize their satisfaction
• Assist the Manager with administrative tasks such as guest profile management, stock and maintenance requisitions, staff scheduling and record keeping
• Assist in oversee staff performance, train and coach staff to ensure a smooth operation
• Ensure high level of hygiene and cleanliness in restaurant

Requirements:

• Holder of Certificate/Diploma in hotel & catering management 
• Minimum of 2 year’s experience in F&B industry, experience in hotels will be an advantage 
• Customer-oriented, passionate, enthusiastic and strong sense of responsibility 
• Strong conflict resolution/management and decision-making skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work on shift (1200-2130 / 0700-1630), weekends and statutory holidays
