Key Accountabilities:

• Welcomes guests in a friendly and pleasant manner
• Processes guest arrivals and departures by providing prompt and courteous service
• Provides efficient and personalized service to guests, and caters to any special requests
• Ensures the highest degree of guest satisfaction which is well reflected in Forbes, LQA and The Peninsula Service Principles

General Requirements:

• Minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industry
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and Shiji system
• Excellent customer interaction skills
• Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
• Overnight duty will be required
