Chief Steward

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Stewarding team in day-to-day operations
• Ensure Back of House areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness and tidiness standards
• Controls whole operating supplies, equipment par stock, and reports shortage to designed personnel
• Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in similar position in sizable hotels
• Good knowledge in steward operations, cleaning equipment and supplies
• Good interpersonal skills and with positive attitude
