About the Role

As a Housekeeping Trainer, you will deliver classroom and on‑the‑job training to Housekeeping team members, working closely with leaders to enhance service quality, productivity, and operational effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured orientation, classroom, and on‑the‑job training for Housekeeping colleagues, ensuring alignment with hotel standards and brand requirements.

  • Coach and support new colleagues during their probation period through regular performance follow‑ups to ensure service quality and operational effectiveness.

  • Work closely with management and department heads to maintain consistent cleaning standards in guestrooms and public areas.

  • Identify training and development needs and support the rollout of new procedures, systems, and service initiatives at property level.

  • Act as a key communication link between management and Housekeeping colleagues, fostering teamwork, engagement, and a positive working environment.

  • Provide operational support to the team in all daily Housekeeping operations.

  • Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisors.

About You

  • Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Housekeeping Department, preferably in a similar capacity and international hotel experience will be an advantage

  • Knowledge in Housekeeping operations and equipment

  • Knowledge in education methods

  • Strong leadership skills & excellent interpersonal skills

  • Quality-driven, customer and business results oriented

  • Highly motivated and ambitious

  • Proficient in PC applications

  • Excellent command of spoken & written English and Cantonese; proficiency in spoken Mandarin is desired
