Room Attendant 房務員 (Accor Hotel)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for room cleaning and turn down service to assigned guest rooms to ensure the overall cleanliness is up to hotel standard.
• Set up furniture and replenish room amenities to ensure the setup is up to hotel standard.
• Report to supervisor of any mechanical defects to ensure everything is in good condition in guest room

• 負責房間清潔並根據酒店標準保持客房整潔
• 以酒店標準設置及補充房間內所有物品
• 向督導員匯報任何客房破損的地方

Requirements

• Relevant working experience is preferred, or no experience but interested to join hospitality industry
• Integrity and Initiative, Hardworking and responsible
• Proficiency in Cantonese, able to communicate in basic Mandarin and English

• 有相關工作經驗者會優先考慮，亦歡迎沒有任何相關工作經驗但有興趣加入酒店行業的申請者
• 誠實及主動、勤奮並有責任心
• 能以簡單廣東話、國語和英文溝通
