Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling hotel incoming customer calls and transfer calls to respective departments
  • Answering guests’ enquiries and assist guests for hotel information

 

Qualifications

  • Certificate or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Customer service experience or call centre background is preferred
  • Excellent quality-oriented customer service skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
  • Willing to work at shift schedule including morning, afternoon or overnight shift
