Responsibilities:
Conduct initial review of personal account opening applications by verifying customer information, checking supporting documents, and ensuring application details are complete and accurate.
Handle day-to-day account opening operations, including data collection, system input, document maintenance, and application status updates.
Answer branch enquiries on account opening progress and provide support on basic procedures and policy requirements.
Provide administrative support to Retail Banking account opening operations and assist in customer event coordination when needed.
liaise with Makers / Checkers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of account opening processes, and follow up promptly on returned or incomplete applications.
Support compliance control and account restriction processes, and assist in process improvement efforts to enhance service efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in bilingual typing (English/Chinese), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and AI tools for efficient data handling and processing.
Languages: English, Mandarin, Cantonese
