Job description
-Oversee all aspects of daily office operations, including facilities management, administrative support, procurement, and process optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the integrated office management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Develop and implement efficient office policies, procedures, and systems to enhance productivity and support business objectives.
- Guide the planning and organization of positive publicity of the bank.
- Design and implement the Strategic Communication playbook mapping key messages and channels to priority business objectives.
-Initiate and enhance new media promotion.
- Maximize media exposure through preparation and distribution of press release, handling media enquiries and arrangement of press interviews and conferences.
- Execute market and media news monitoring to manage reputation risk. Manage the PR aspect of a potential media crisis.
- Support the Bank's management team for any corporate issues as required to facilitate due consideration to the Bank's public relations strategies.
- Be responsible for any duties as assigned.
