Operation Team, AVP

Responsibilities:

-          Lead IT asset life cycle management - oversee the deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets to ensure efficiency and compliance

-          Familiar with change management principles and practices, with proven ability to assist in communication and engagement initiatives

-          Review and approve the Change Request and arrange CAB

-          Monitor and follow-up the Change Request completion and outstanding status

-          IT incident / Problem follow-up (from case open to close, requiring appropriate approval and compliance with policies and procedures)

-          Perform due diligence on all IT procurement including software, hardware and maintenance service to ensure all procurement is complied with corporate policy

-          Establish and maintain IT group policies, standards, and guidelines based on industry best practices, company requirements, and local regulations

-          On-call for emergency production incidents

-          Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

-          Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or industry related disciplines

-          With 8+ years’ IT service management or IT operation management experience in financial services sector

-          Demonstrated experience in asset and change management

-          Self-initiative, able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

-          Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-departmental teams

-          Good written and communications skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese

-          Familiar with ITIL process
