金融科技应用岗FinTech Application Specialist,FTO,公司金融方向

岗位职责：

1. 对接公司金融业务部门，负责AI研发、IT开发等领域的需求规划、调研与分析，基于端到端客户视角开展流程诊断，提出切实可行的流程优化方案。

2. 负责AI及IT相关重点项目的专题审核与回检工作，统筹项目管理，建立数据采集与评价指标，跟踪分析项目成果，有效识别并管理项目风险，达成提升服务体验及运营效率、降低运营成本的目标。

3. 挖掘公司金融业务中的金融科技优化需求，运用AI智能体、低代码平台等金融科技工具，协助业务部门进行流程优化，持续提升金融科技应用水平，改善内外部客户体验。

4. 研究监管政策及内外部合规要求，评估AI研发、IT开发中的风险点，制定并持续完善项目管理制度与风控措施，确保优化流程合规、稳健运营。

5. 跟踪市场同业动态及行业发展趋势，分析竞品表现，围绕公司金融业务领域提出流程优化建议，并牵头推动重点流程优化项目的落地实施。

岗位要求：

（一）大学本科及以上学历，金融、计算机、会计、经济、数学、统计、人工智能或数据科学等相关专业优先。

（二）两年以上工作经验，熟悉银行公司金融业务，对核心领域有深入理解，能够准确把握业务场景与流程优化切入点。

（三）具备独立进行项目管理、流程分析设计的能力，精通需求挖掘、梳理、转化与管理，并能够结合银行风险管理框架，有效推动项目落地与实施。

（四）有AI智能体及低代码开发经验者优先。

（五）具备中英文工作能力。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with corporate banking teams to gather and analyze AI and IT requirements, conduct end-to-end process diagnostics, and propose actionable optimization solutions.

2. Lead key AI and IT project reviews and assessments, track outcomes, manage risks, and drive improvements in service, efficiency.

3. Identify opportunities to apply FinTech tools, including AI agents and low-code platforms, to streamline processes and enhance client experience.

4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies, assess risks in AI and IT projects, and maintain robust project management and risk control measures.

5. Monitor industry trends and competitor practices to propose and implement process improvements in corporate banking operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, AI, Data Science, or related fields.

2. 2+ years of experience, with strong understanding of corporate banking operations. Able to accurately identify business scenarios and process optimization opportunities.

3. Skilled in project management, process analysis, requirements gathering, and implementation within a banking risk framework.

4. Experience with AI agents or low-code development is a plus.

5. Proficient in Chinese and English.
