Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with relevant departments/business units to define parameter configuration requirements, scope, and objectives.
Process daily parameter change requests and maintain user access rights efficiently.
Establish and maintain a structured filing system for accurate parameter-related documentation and audit trails.
Periodically review and enhance parameter configuration procedures, policies, and guidelines.
Ensure strict adherence to all internal compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare regular parameter management reports for leadership and perform assigned administrative duties.
Address and resolve parameter-related inquiries from cross-functional teams.
Assist management in executing ad-hoc projects as required
Job Requirements:
University graduates or above with major in Management, Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
Minimum 1 year of banking experience
Familiar with general retail banking products and services
Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS offices such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua
