Telephone Operator

Key Accountabilities:

• Provides courteous and prompt service for internal and external customers in accordance with The Peninsula Service Principles
• Handles various sort of inquiry over the phone efficiently
• Handles restaurant’s bookings as a call centre and answers general enquiries about hotel outlets with exceptional guest service

General Requirements:

• Relevant experience working in hospitality industry would be an advantage
• Excellent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and PMS software
