Management Trainee Programme (2026 Intake)

Chiyu Bank’s Management Trainee (“MT”) Programme aims to cultivate future leaders for the bank. Through the programme, you will have the distinct advantage of working across our local branches/departments and the Mainland China network, gaining in-depth expertise in cross-border banking practices and strategic insights into the thriving financial markets of Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with under 1 year of full-time working experience
• Strong self-motivation, energetic and passionate to pursue a career in banking industry
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua
