What you will do:

• Provide a warm welcome to all restaurant patrons and escort them to the dining area
• Engage in heart-felt and genuine conversation and build rapport with guests
• Ensure a seamless experience by handling guests’ enquiries and managing reservations in a professional manner
• Anticipate guests’ problems before they arise, and rectify the issues in a calm and flexible way
• Constantly strive to satisfy guests’ needs and delight the guests

Qualifications

What you should have:

• Preferably with 1 year of experience in service industries
• Good communication and language skills
• A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
• Passionate in food & beverage
