Senior Product & Service Innovation Manager (Corporate Banking)

Work closely with Relationship Managers and other business development teams to provide complete financing solutions (Cash management product, Green Finance & Collection Services) to corporate clients
Identify and translate opportunities into new product programs or product enhancements to generate profitable business and evaluate product performance
Recommend and implement strategic pricing to improve profitability
Degree holder or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5 with CEP and ECF – Green and Sustainable Finance qualifications
5 - 10 years’ relevant experience in corporate banking industry, candidates with compliance experience would be an advantage
Sound experience in Cash Management, Green Finance, payment & collection services and FPS
Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
