Strategic Planning Manager (Equity/ Investment Funds/ Structured Products) [Ref no: SPMEIS-ALAI]

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Investment Products Systems' coordination, development and test management, including but not limited to business analysis and preparation of user requirement;
• Monitor and ensure the implementation of Investment Products Systems effectively;
• Participate and assist in user acceptance tests and systems integration tests, etc;
• Monitor the quality of functional specifications and the System Integration Test;
• Provide technical support on vendors’ applications as well as to co-ordinate with internal users.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Information Technology/ business related disciplines;
• At least 5 years business analysis experience in well established financial organizations, preferably in banking;
• Knowledge on retail banking products and global financial markets;
• Well-versed with regulatory requirements of banking industry;
• Quick learner, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Analytical with excellent problem-solving skill and strategic mindset;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
