Counter Services Trainee / Teller Trainee (見習櫃台服務主任) - Fresh Graduate and non bank experience welcome

Reporting to the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for handling counter transactions and assisting in back office duties.

You will also provide quality customer services and promote our Retail Banking products to the customers.

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• Secondary education or attain the HKDSE 
• Excellent customer servicing skills
• Enthusiastic in promoting and cross-selling banking products
• Willing to participate in offsite promotion activities
• Good command of both Chinese and English
• Fresh Graduate and non bank experience also welcome
