Headwaiter/ress

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day to day operations for café, bar lounge and banquet
• Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high-quality customer services
• Assist to plan and develop business plans and strategies to enhance outlets sales and profitability
• Assist to manage staff overall development and deliver high quality customer service training to the team
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• F.5 or above, Diploma in Hospitality and Catering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in hospitality and F&B field, of which 1 years at supervisory level
• Good supervisory and people management skills, highly customer-oriented
• Competent in English and Mandarin both spoken and written
