Officer – Estimating & Procurement

The Job :

The incumbent is responsible for coordination and monitoring of the purchasing and subletting packages so as to assist in ensuring the provision of quality and economic purchasing and subletting services.

The Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in QS or construction related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimating, subletting of works and/or procurement of construction material
• Familiar with market conditions, subcontract for building construction, pricing in material costs and subletting works.
• Strong sense of integrity, good negotiation and communication skills
