Responsibilities

Assist the Duty Engineer / Technician in supervising the daily operations of the Engineering Department such as Installations, routine and preventive maintenance works.
Assist to manage contractors and coordinate with other departments in carrying out routine maintenance and repairing.
Assist to prepare monthly department roaster and manpower.
Assist in monitoring engineering tools, stock levels, hotel routine operations.
Assist to manage the engineering Log Book daily and take the corrective action.
To assess safety and health risks in the work place and take necessary precautions
To prepare schedule to execute repair / maintenance works accordingly.
Reporting to the Chief Engineer / Assistant Chief Engineer
Provide 24/7 emergency repair response

Requirements

Diploma or above in Engineering or a related discipline
Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
At least 5 years of engineering experience, preferably in hospitality industry is an advantage.
Holder of Electrical Worker License of Grade A or above is preferable
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be a team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Less experience will be considering as Assistant Facilities Officer.
