Job Purpose:
- Implement acquisition, growth, and retention initiatives tailored to affluent customers, aligned with the bank’s strategic goals and value propositions for key sub-segments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to holistically meet customer needs through cross-selling, enhancing product penetration, service upgrades, and overall profitability within the affluent segment
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing acquisition, growth, and retention programs for affluent customers in alignment with the Bank’s strategic initiatives
- Implement actionable plans based on defined value propositions for strategic sub-segments, focusing on customer acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrades, loyalty enhancement, and retention
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate cross-selling of suitable products and services, ensuring holistic solutions for target customers and improving product penetration
- Coordinate and monitor sales activities, marketing campaigns, and customer events. Assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness and ensure efficient use of the approved marketing budget
- Collaborate with counterparts to support the development of user-friendly and cost-effective sales and service platforms, improving customer experience across touchpoints
- Provide assistance in marketing and loyalty programs for the private banking segment
- Incumbent Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in marketing preferably in prestige customer segment marketing, preferably in banking field
- Attentive to details and strong sense of market trend
- Goal-oriented and committed to driving business success
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
