Key Responsibilities
•    Support the development and execution of data-driven sales and fundraising strategies by compiling market trends, client data, and performance metrics for the senior team’s review.
•    Assist in achieving monthly/annual sales targets through proactive tasks such as client follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and preparation of sales materials (presentations, fund fact sheets, and proposal drafts).
•    Coordinate logistics for roadshows, seminars, and one-on-one client meetings—including venue booking, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up (e.g., sharing presentation slides, collecting feedback).
•    Contribute to client needs assessments by organizing and summarizing client financial profiles, investment goals, and risk tolerance information to support the design of tailored fund solutions.
•    Help expand business reach by researching potential new sales channels (financial institutions, wealth platforms, intermediaries) and compiling partnership outreach materials.
•    Gather and organize real-time market data, competitor insights, and client feedback; assist in analyzing trends to inform strategy adjustments and maintain product competitiveness.
•    Collaborate with the senior specialist and management to ensure compliance with regulatory changes, update sales workflows, and optimize administrative processes for efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

•    Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in additional languages, e.g., Mandarin/Cantonese, is a plus) for client and team interactions.
•    Basic analytical skills and comfort with data—ability to use Excel and PowerPoint to compile reports and sales materials.
•    Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset—with a willingness to learn about investment products, market trends, and sales strategies.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to changing priorities and supporting the team’s goals.
•    Knowledge of financial services or insurance industry basics is an advantage, but not required (comprehensive training will be provided).
