Key Responsibilities
•    Develop and execute data-driven client relationship management strategies aligned with market trends and corporate strategic objectives, focusing on serving high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients (including banks, corporate institutions, family offices, etc.) to deepen client stickiness and trust.
•    Proactively conduct client acquisition, demand follow-up, and after-sales services to ensure meeting and exceeding monthly/annual core performance indicators such as client retention and business growth.
•    Plan and organize client salons, one-on-one consultations, product promotion events, etc., to fully showcase the company’s product advantages, wealth management solutions, and service features, enhancing client experience and brand recognition.
•    Conduct in-depth client needs assessments, including financial goals, risk tolerance, asset status, etc., and customize personalized financial protection and wealth management solutions to foster long-term and stable client relationships and drive sustained growth in asset scale.
•    Explore and expand new client service channels (such as financial intermediaries, partner platforms, corporate client channels, etc.) to expand business coverage and establish mutually beneficial cooperative relationships.
•    Collect real-time market dynamics, competitor information, and client feedback, analyze industry trends, and provide data support for the company to optimize product portfolios and adjust service strategies, ensuring the competitive advantage of client services.
•    Collaborate closely with internal management teams and product teams to continuously optimize client management processes and service standards based on market changes and regulatory requirements.

 

Qualifications & Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry, with at least 1 year in client management, wealth management, or high-net-worth client services.
•    Exceptional client relationship management (CRM), communication, coordination, and negotiation skills; proficient in quickly understanding client needs and providing professional solutions.
•    Extensive professional network in Hong Kong’s financial sector (including HNWIs, corporate clients, financial intermediaries, etc.) to drive business development efficiently.
•    Solid market analysis capabilities and strategic thinking, with a keen insight into financial industry trends and regulatory dynamics.
•    Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
