Job Responsibilities
Manage and implement marketing initiatives for various business units and product owners with objectives to drive customer acquisition, product penetration and revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and prepare post-campaign tracking and analysis reports.
Ensure the accurate execution of marketing campaigns and effectively manage and monitor the marketing budget in accordance with the Bank's guidelines and requirements.
Create, edit, and proofread compelling copy for a variety of mediums, including website content, social media, eDM, and sales collateral.
Oversee content strategy and daily operations across bank's social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat), creating engaging social content tailored to differenct segments' preferences.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance user engagement and brand affinity, building a differentiated social media presence that people want to share and talk about.
Conceptualize and execute brand campaign to create seamless online-offline traffic loops and strengthen brand memorability. Design data-driven online campaigns to boost user participation and content sharing efficiency.
Develop innovative collaborations with partners to create cross-industry marketing initiatives that expand brand cultural influence. Manage partner relationships to ensure consistent brand tone and maximize resource utilization, achieving mutually beneficial growth.
Collaborate with product teams to optimize existing service processes by identifying pain points through user feedback research and driving improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
3+ years of experience in the banking industry, with priority given to those with understanding of the financial industry, especially wealth management and banking services.
Solid experience in campaign management and developing customer-friendly communications materials.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Experience and knowledge of campaign management (online & offline) and content management would be beneficial for this role.
Proactive and able to meet tight timeline.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast-paced business environment.
