- Front Office Stream       - Financial Technology Stream       - Finance & Risk Management Stream    

The programme incorporates structured and specialized training in various business areas with classroom training sessions and comprehensive on-the-job training. During the journey, you will be fully supported by a well-developed mentoring and coaching system.

WE TARGET:

• High-calibre graduates who aspire to develop a career in the banking industry
• Bachelor’s degree holder or above from an accredited university (e.g. QS100/ Project 985/ Project211) or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• Candidates majoring in Business, Science, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or STEM related subjects with outstanding academic achievement
• Fresh graduate or recent graduate with less than 1 year of work experience who are available to join the programme in the year of 2026
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, leadership, as well as strategic planning skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
