Through our dedicated SEA Sailing Internship Programme, we aim to nurture and develop young talents who will drive the future of the industry.
Programme Highlights
Our programme is designed with a focus on “Result - Oriented Learning” and “Talent Transformation”. Through the 8 weeks internship, the interns will gain practical work experience related to the SEA business, supplemented by training and mentorship. The major highlights include:
On-the-Job Assignment & Training
Interns will engage in hands on assignment tailored to the real-world business scenarios, gaining practical experience in SEA markets. Through diversified training, they will develop essential skills and industry knowledge to prepare for future career opportunities.
Mentorship Guidance
Each intern is paired with “Dual Mentors”, the primary mentor will be based in HK, while another mentor will be in SEA countries, providing the guidance and advice for the career and personal development.
Graduate Opportunities
Interns with outstanding performance will secure the conditional offer for permanent positions at the SEA entities, ensuring a seamless transition from internship to graduate job. Additionally, top-performing interns will receive priority recommendations from mentors and be nominated to the Panel Interview for “SEA MT Programme”, paving the way for long-term career growth.
