At the moment, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our professional team at The Royal Garden Kowloon East. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, kitchen operations, room service, catering, and banquets.  
  • Develop and implement food and beverage strategies that align with the hotel's overall vision and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse sales reports, customer feedback and market trends to develop pricing strategies and new offerings.  
  • Create and manage the food and beverage budget, monitoring expenses to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Co-ordinate the day to day operations of the Food & Beverage Department to optimize profits while maximizing guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to promote food and beverage offerings and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure the outlets are prepared and serviced to the highest standards, including equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the food and beverage team, fostering a motivated environment for high-quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, and safety standards across all operations.
  • Manage and control all aspects of food and beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving and storage.
  • Manage inventory processes, including ordering, receiving, and storage.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years related experience in F&B Operations with 5 years managerial experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
  • Strong budgeting, financial management, and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to organizational challenges.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, with excellent reading and writing skills.
