Financial Marketing Sales (Financial Institutions), Global Markets

Job Description:

• Provide a comprehensive suite of treasury and markets solutions to institutional clients, including FX/Rates derivatives, total return swap (TRS), bonds, credit products, and structured solutions
• Drive client onboarding, develop new business, and maintain strong relationships across Chinese and international institutional clients (both bank and non-bank FI)
• Collaborate closely with trading desks to deliver daily market updates, product ideas, pricing, and execution support to clients
• Ensure all trade activities comply with regulatory requirements, risk management standards, and internal policy
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives aligned with business growth

Ideal candidates should possess:

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of treasury product sales experience, with strong client resources across international and Chinese institutional clients, familiarity with onshore and offshore China market is preferred
• Solid knowledge of treasury products and regulatory compliance standards
• Holder of HKSFC Type 1, 4 licenses, and TMA membership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitasking 
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability, proactivity and results-oriented
• Strong team player with adaptability and collaborative mindset
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
