Risk and Safety Management System Leader (Officer)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Risk and Safety Management System Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and maintaining our Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with all relevant aviation regulations. You will also be responsible for monitoring safety and implementing risk management strategies to protect our operations and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing implement and maintain the Safety Management System to ensure that the systems address the requirements of all relevant National Aviation Authorities
• Monitoring corrective actions for safety issues to ensure close-out in a timely manner and provide periodic reports on safety performance
• Provideing advice to HAESL on safety management matters
• Execute, facilitate and maintain Enterprise Risk Management and monitor the implementation of actions taken to mitigate risks as listed in the Corporate Risk Register
• Review Change Management programmes to ensure all Safety implications have been addressed through risk assessment prior to implementation.
• Execute, facilitate and maintain the Company Business Continuity Plan, including programmes to manage Emergency Response and Crisis Management

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Occupational Safety or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, especially in enterprise risk management. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Risk & Safety Management System Officer role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
