Senior Associate, Private Banking Operations

Responsibilities:

• Handle booking and related process of conventional bank products (e.g., deposit, remittance, FX, time deposit, etc.)
• Responsible for processing account opening, including both individual and corporate accounts
• Maintain customer information and account status
• Conduct periodic KYC review and trigger event review on existing clients
• Execute and monitor the full settlement cycle of investment products (e.g., stocks, bonds, investment funds, structured products and derivatives)
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, co-ordinate with stakeholders on various issues

Candidates are expected to possess:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification
• At least 3 years of back office experience in banking industry (preferably in Private Banking or Wealth Management)
• Understanding of AML, FATCA, CRS and banking compliance requirements
• Knowledge and experience in market systems (SWIFT, RTGS, Avaloq, etc.)
• Good command in both spoken (Mandarin and Cantonese) and written Chinese, and fluency in English
• Versatile in Microsoft Office, i.e. EXCEL, WORD and PowerPoint
• Team spirit, good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
