Section Head, IT Infrastructure
Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch
- Manage personnel, coordinate workflows, and provide technical guidance to the infrastructure team.
- Oversee infrastructure related projects, including budgeting, risk management, and progress reporting.
- Develop and execute strategic IT infrastructure plans to align with and support business objectives.
- Supervise the design, installation, and connectivity of computer and network systems to ensure their stable operation.
- Implement and enforce security policies, monitor systems for vulnerabilities risks, and ensure the uptime, performance, and security of all IT assets.
- Resolve technical issues, implement system upgrades and ensure all infrastructure components adhere to established IT standards and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Computer, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of network and system administration.
- Experience with IT security measures and best practices is the advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
