Teller Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily counter transactions at our branches
• Cross-sell different kinds of retail banking services and seize referral opportunities

Requirements:

• F.6 or above or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 3, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 in HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese, English and Mathematics.
• Some customer services experience, passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4) will be an advantage.
• Customer-oriented, presentable and detail-minded.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
