Manager, Treasury Compliance (Risk Control – Global Markets)

- Responsible for providing advisory support to Global Markets Department on compliance issues and serve as the primary point of contact for external inquiries
- Review internal operational procedures to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal control guidelines
- Formulate and review trade document (eg ISDA, Loan Agreement and Product Term Sheet)
- Participate in new product development and provide compliance recommendations
- Provide training to departmental staff where necessary
- Degree holder or above in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in banking sector / audit firms
- Familiar with treasury operations and local regulatory requirements on investment products
