Operation Assistant - Wet Market Express (6 Months Contract)

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage salary calculations for frontline staff and logistics partners.
• Upload rosters and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with the Finance team to fulfill reporting requirements.
• Deliver prompt and professional customer service, handling complaints via system and WhatsApp.
• Create purchase orders and track settlement progress.
• Monitor and support the operation WhatsApp group, providing real-time assistance to internal and external teams.
• Prepare routine reports covering daily reconciliation and inventory movements (inbound and outbound).
• Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• Proficient in e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, with conversational English ability.
• Capable of working independently while being a strong team player.
