Food & Beverage Coordinator (Accor Hotel)

Job description:

  • Menu printing & replenishing
  • Issuing ENT requests where applicable
  • Answering phone / email inquiries
  • Liaise with S&M for any events / meetings / etc. in the venue or meeting room
  • Attend F&B meetings, be the scribe & issue minutes
  • Assist in making roster
  • Coordinate casual schedule for venues & input requisition on CLMS system
  • Coordinate holidays / leave application for F&B staff
  • Handling F&B staff movement documents
  • Check F&B staff attendance & issue transportation allowance request (where applicable)
  • Any other duties as deemed appropriate for the position

Requirement:

  • 1 year relevant experience in hospitality industry
  • Well-organized & good time management skills
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Word and Excel
