Responsibilities 職責:

Responsible for leading a team to operate the checkout counter efficiently and effectively through providing quality customer services and providing coaching to subordinates

負責管理收銀部門之日常運作、提升顧客服務質素，並提供適切指導予部門同事

Requirements 職位要求:

•Secondary Education
•Minimum 2 years' work experience in retail or service industry (preferably gained in food or supermarket industry)
•Proactive and pleasant personality with excellent leadership skill
•Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility

•中學程度
•具2年零售工作經驗 (曾從事食品或超級市場行業優先考慮)
•積極主動，熱誠，具良好領導才能
•能獨立處事及具責任感

Successful candidates will take “Certificate in Fresh Food Management - Supermarket Chain (QF Level 3)", a recognized qualification equivalent to Diploma level under the Qualification Framework.
